This page is operated by Nestora Realty, the authorised channel partner for COSMOS CORNER, a project developed by AU Real Estate. Nestora Realty is not the developer of the project.
Information we collect
When you use the enquiry form we ask for your name, phone number, email address, the configuration you are interested in and any message you choose to add. We also record campaign attribution parameters present in the page address, such as Google Ads click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid) and UTM parameters, along with the page you landed on and the referring website.
Current status of the enquiry form
The connection between this page and our customer relationship management system is not yet configured. Until it is, details entered in the form are not transmitted to or stored by us, and attribution parameters are held only in your browser for the duration of your visit. How information will be used
Once the enquiry form is connected, the information you submit will be used to respond to your enquiry, share project information provided by the developer, arrange site visits and follow up about this project. Attribution parameters will be used to measure the performance of our advertising.

By submitting the enquiry form with the consent checkbox ticked, you authorise Nestora Realty and its representatives to contact you by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp in relation to this project, and this consent overrides any DNC or NDNC registration. Enquiry details may be shared with AU Real Estate and its authorised representatives in order to process your enquiry for this project, and with service providers that help us operate our systems. We do not sell your information.
